Thank you for choosing to book with Hotel Mulberry. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to re allocate the room(s).

If you need to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible should this be acceptable.

Credit Card guarantee required (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

Cancellation Policy:
If for any reasons a reservation needs to be cancelled, guest must call and notify Hotel Mulberry. For refundable rates guest may call no later than 24 hours before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard time prior to check in date for full refund. For non refundable rates, guest will be charged at the time of booking. No refund will be given to non refundable rate reservations.

Terms and conditions:

• – Check-in time is at 3:00 pm.
• – Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
• – $50.00 per night, per bed, plus taxes will be charged for roll-away or daybed requests.
• – The hotel does not provide cribs for infants.
• – NO PETS ALLOWED except service animals(dogs and cats only).
• – Guest must be at least 21 years of age with valid photo identification and major credit card.
• – Rooms at the hotel are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room may result in a $400.00 cleaning fee charged to your account.
